Refund policy

We take pride in the quality and authenticity of our jewelry. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, certificates, and receipts must be included
  • Item must show no signs of damage, alteration, or wear

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or engraved jewelry
  • Special order or made-to-order pieces
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards

Gold & High-Value Jewelry

For gold items and high-value pieces (rings, chains, bracelets, watches):

  • Returns are accepted only if the item is untampered and in original condition
  • Items may be subject to inspection and authentication before approval
  • A restocking fee (5–15%) may apply depending on condition and order type

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send clear photos/videos of the item and packaging
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges for size or preference may not be available for all jewelry items.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We strongly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery
